Data Backup. The customer is responsible for maintaining a backup of data on computer prior to repair.

Diagnostics and Repair. The diagnostic charge is rolled in to the price of your repair. If we diagnose your machine and you do NOT want to proceed with the repair, a diagnostic/bench fee of $40 applies.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
